Other then the fact that we are licensed builders and finishers in the state of Michigan. Lead surtifided and fully insured.
Established in 1987 I started taking care of second homes for customer in and around Otsego County, maintaining their properties. Opening and closing for the seasons. Cleaning and maintaining between visits. Changing out the seasonal toys. Off season remodeling. Of which we still do.
Back in 1996 my beautiful wife Nancy of 27 years left her job of 23 years in the banking industry and together we, along with our sons, are working together to build a lifestyle for all of us. While we men bring most of the trade skills to every project, Nancy provides the detail. Trust me when I say that we are not done until Nancy says so.
Today the bigger part of what we do is interior/exterior painting and kitchen and bath remodeling. It is what we enjoy the most and do the best. We are not designers by most definitions, but do have opinions. What we can do is bring our 25 years of experience working in the remodeling industry to help a project develop into a great experience and a beautiful finished product we can all be proud of.
